How It Works
- Place your order with Eflorist.
- If you spot the same bouquet for less from another UK florist, submit a claim within 24 hours.
- Once we’ve checked and approved your claim, we’ll add £5 credit to your account for your next purchase.
What Qualifies for the Price Match
- The bouquet must be similar in size, stem count, and any extras included.
- The competitor must be a UK-based, VAT-registered florist.
- The comparison must include the total cost (product + delivery).
- The competitor must have the bouquet in stock and available for delivery to the same postcode on the same date.
- Excludes vouchers, promotions, subscriptions, and clearance items.
- One claim per order.
How to Submit a Claim
- Contact our customer service team here selecting Price Match.
- Provide a link or screenshot showing the lower price.
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
Your £5 Credit
- Our customer service team will review your claim, and we will send you a unique discount code, to redeem within 24 hours of approval.
- Credit applies to your next order and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
